Consumer's right to return goods
Consumers have the right to withdraw their declaration of contract within 1 month without giving reasons either in wrtiting (f. ex. by letter, fax, e-mail) or by return of the goods. The term of withdrawal starts on receipt of these instructions at the earliest. For observance of the time limit it shall suffice that the item in question or the withdrawal be dispatched within the said one-month's period. The withdrawal has to be addressed to Kolberg Percussion GmbH, Stuttgarter Str. 157, 73066 Uhingen, Germany, phone +49 7161 3005-30, fax -40, e-mail: info@kolberg-percussion.com. If the order value exceeds € 40,- we refund the expenses. We point out that, as the case may be, we reserve the right to demand compensation for the loss of value deriving from the use of the goods.
